Business Analyst

CMC Markets is looking for an experienced Business Analyst to support the continued development of our Pega CRM platform. You’ll translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements and help deliver customer-centric solutions across customer onboarding, customer servicing, financial crime and operational workflows.

Working within Agile delivery squads, you’ll collaborate with Product Owners, business stakeholders, Solution Architects, Developers, QA and operational teams to improve processes, enhance customer experience and support regulatory and compliance requirements.

• Engage with stakeholders to understand, analyse and document business and operational requirements.
• Create user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows and functional specifications.
• Analyse customer journeys and identify opportunities to improve processes and customer experience.
• Work closely with Product Owners, Architects, Developers and QA to ensure requirements are clearly understood and effectively delivered.
• Support the delivery of CRM capabilities across onboarding, servicing, financial crime and operational workflows.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, stand-ups, sprint reviews and retrospectives.
• Support impact assessments and coordinate User Acceptance Testing.
• Create and maintain process documentation, workflow diagrams and supporting artefacts using tools such as Miro, Visio or Figma.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement across business processes and customer journeys.
• Ensure solutions align with business requirements, governance and regulatory standards.
