The project delivers an AI-powered FAQ and chatbot solution for banks, helping improve information access and customer interactions within a regulated banking environment.

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements;
• Prepare user stories, use cases, and functional specifications;
• Coordinate with banks and project stakeholders;
• Maintain and ensure the quality of FAQ content within the CMS;
• Work closely with the development team on chatbot integration;
• Analyze user behavior and feedback;
• Improve response quality, accuracy, and user experience;
• Prepare project status reports;
• Support release planning and documentation;
• Ensure requirements align with banking regulations;
• Participate in an agile Scrum environment.

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst / Requirements Engineer;
• Strong requirements analysis and documentation skills;
• Strong stakeholder management experience;
• Strong communication and analytical skills;
• Experience working in agile / Scrum environments;
• Fluent English;
• Nice to have: Good German, Banking / financial services experience, Chatbots / Conversational AI, FAQ systems, CMS-related projects, AI-driven products, experience working in regulated enterprise environments.
