• Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders;
• Translate business needs into detailed technical specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria;
• Support backlog refinement, sprint planning, and Agile ceremonies;
• Collaborate with engineering, QA, and product teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood;
• Validate delivered functionality against documented requirements and acceptance criteria;
• Facilitate communication between business and technical stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle;
• Identify gaps, risks, and dependencies, ensuring timely resolution;
• Support multiple cross-functional teams while maintaining high-quality documentation.

• 4+ Years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst (BSA) or Business Analyst in software development projects;
• Proven experience writing technical specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria;
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and product backlog management;
• Experience working with cross-functional engineering teams;
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills;
• Fluent English communication skills (B2+);
• Ability to collaborate with both technical and business stakeholders;
• Regular overlap with the CST time zone, including availability until 12:00 AM Kyiv time;
• Nice to have: experience supporting cloud-native or digital transformation projects, experience working with web, mobile, or omnichannel applications, familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and other Agile collaboration tools, experience working with distributed international teams.
