задачи
- Gather, analyze, and consolidate functional requirements from the Unified Data Board and business groups;
- Advise business departments to develop harmonized and standardized functional requirements;
- Describe data entities and functional relationships of relevant source systems;
- Support the structuring and prioritization of requirements in the backlog;
- Communicate and synchronize information between business groups and the Product Owner;
- Identify, document, and track impediments;
- Facilitate alignment meetings and document achieved results;
- Ensure structured cooperation between business departments, the Product Owner, and development teams.
требования
- Proven experience in functional requirements management or business analysis;
- Solid knowledge of SAP BW/4HANA or comparable data warehouse technologies;
- Deep understanding of data models, data structures, and analytics;
- Experience with agile methodologies;
- Knowledge in process and interface analysis;
- Strong communication, analytical, and persuasion skills;
- Experience in stakeholder management;
- Structured and independent way of working with a high degree of initiative and responsibility;
- Valid visa for the EU region;
- Nice to have: Strong team player skills.
