Tripledot Studios is a large independent mobile games company that develops and maintains a portfolio of popular mobile titles, engaging over 25 million daily active users globally.

• Own the Looker environment end to end, including connecting data sources, authoring and maintaining the LookML semantic layer, and building final dashboards;
• Design and build self-serve tools and dashboards to empower UA analysts and marketing leadership to analyze key metrics like LTV, retention, monetization, and ROAS;
• Conduct regular data quality checks and audits, and QA the reporting of key metrics by reconciling dashboards against predictive model outputs;
• Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into effective dashboards, metrics, and visualizations;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including ML Engineers, Data Scientists, Data Engineers, and product managers, to identify reporting needs and implement solutions;
• Write clear specifications for data models to be built by the data engineering team.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Mathematics, or Statistics;
• Proven experience as a BI Engineer, BI Analyst, or similar role;
• Expert-level proficiency in Looker and LookML with the ability to work full-stack;
• Experience with other BI and visualization platforms like Tableau or Power BI;
• Proficiency in SQL and experience working with large datasets;
• Demonstrated experience building self-serve BI for non-technical users;
• Strong business orientation and analytical problem-solving skills;
• Excellent communication skills for presenting complex information to technical and non-technical stakeholders;
• English B2;
• Nice to have: Experience with event tracking, data pipelines, and ETL processes, conceptual understanding of predictive models (pLTV, cohort and retention curves), light scripting (e.g., Python) for automation, passion for mobile gaming and understanding of gaming analytics.
