• Manage the technical implementation of Digital Experience projects involving CMS, DAM, PIM, marketing, and commerce platforms;
• Analyze customer requirements, create specifications and roadmaps, and oversee implementation in collaboration with development and project teams;
• Identify and design AI-powered use cases for automation, personalization, and optimization of digital customer experiences;
• Translate strategic goals into prioritized epics, user stories, and milestones for complex platform solutions;
• Coordinate collaboration between clients, stakeholders, and interdisciplinary teams and support the professional development of team members.

• Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a comparable qualification;
• Several years of professional experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or in a similar role within a digital environment;
• Experience in analyzing and documenting technical requirements and a strong understanding of Digital Experience, UX/UI, and digital marketing processes;
• Excellent German and English skills (written and spoken);
• Nice to have: Knowledge of MarTech, DXP, or commerce platforms, interest or experience in AI technologies and automation solutions.
