задачи
- Lead CRM-related projects and implementations aligned with strategic commercial initiatives;
- Define and optimize Sales processes within Salesforce, ensuring compliance with business and data privacy requirements;
- Drive CRM adoption and release cycles to improve agility, efficiency, and user experience;
- Identify opportunities to boost sales productivity through innovative tools and a mobile-first approach;
- Strengthen CRM knowledge across the organization through user training, coaching, and content creation for the CRM Knowledge & Training Portal;
- Shape and govern the CRM Core by defining and monitoring standardized business processes and data models.
требования
- 4–6 Years of proven experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud in a commercial or B2B setting;
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or Analytics;
- Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills;
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, international environment;
- Proactive, positive, and collaborative approach;
- Fluent in English;
- Nice to have: Master’s degree, relevant certifications in Salesforce, Project Management, or Change Management, additional languages.
