Deutsche Bank Technology is a global team of technology specialists. Its Berlin tech centre develops agile solutions for the financial services sector. The Workflow Tribe operates Deutsche Bank’s central workflow platform, whose Business Process Management solutions support thousands of business processes and handle hundreds of thousands of cases daily.

• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for solution development and implementation;
• Create BPMN models, diagrams, presentations, and other documentation to clarify business requirements;
• Analyze and evaluate the impact of planned changes on existing processes, systems, and structures;
• Design target processes and support business units in shaping optimal workflows;
• Provide guidance on methodological approaches of varying complexity and assist with selecting suitable methods;
• Collaborate continuously with Product Owners, Developers, and other stakeholders to align business requirements with technical solution providers throughout the project lifecycle;
• Design holistic business solutions within complex project environments;
• Develop user-friendly and efficient processes and features and drive digitalization and automation in a large bank.

• Multiple years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in projects within a bank, consulting company, or enterprise;
• Experience collaborating virtually with international teams;
• Academic background in science, business, or a technical discipline with an IT focus, or a comparable qualification;
• Strong communication skills, ability to convince others, set priorities, and implement tasks independently and to a high standard;
• Familiarity with Business Analyst tools and methodologies, including Data Flow diagrams, Use Case modelling, Mock-ups, User Stories in Jira, and documentation in Confluence;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English.
