• Build and maintain trust-based stakeholder relations;
• Document current and future states of business processes;
• Collect, specify, and translate user requirements;
• Support the Product Manager in feature prioritization by clarifying expected value and impact;
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate products against acceptance criteria;
• Facilitate business change and user education;
• Support cross-functional product team members;
• Ensure proper data management.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree;
• Minimum 4 years of experience in a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or similar role;
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, preferably in an Agile framework;
• Proven ability to facilitate stakeholder sessions on business process mapping, requirements engineering, user adoption, and change;
• Experience in business process modeling and conceptualizing future-state situations;
• Experience in information analysis;
• Strong English communication skills;
• Nice to have: Dutch language skills, experience in the aviation industry, experience in complex operational environments, affinity with data analysis and data-driven decision making.
