• Analyze and translate business needs into functional requirements and user stories;
• Model and optimize processes, workflows, and data flows;
• Develop functional designs for new AI and data features;
• Analyze user behavior, product data, and KPIs to support product decisions;
• Facilitate workshops and alignment between stakeholders, tax experts, product managers, and development teams;
• Identify risks, dependencies, and improvement opportunities within the product landscape;
• Support testing and acceptance processes to ensure quality.

• Experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or in a similar role;
• Experience within software, SaaS, fintech, legal tech, or other data-driven organizations;
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies;
• Knowledge of process modeling, requirements management, and functional analysis;
• Affinity with AI, data, and modern software development;
• Experience with tools such as Power BI, SQL, or similar analysis and reporting solutions;
• Strong communication skills and experience with stakeholder management;
• Fluent in Dutch (written and spoken);
• Nice to have: Experience in tax-related domains.
