- Collect, analyze, and manage requirements at all stages of projects in the capital markets domain;
- Organize business analysis at the outset of a project;
- Design interfaces;
- Gather and document requirements;
- Present and justify technical decisions to customers;
- Work with AI instruments.
требования
- 4+ Years of experience as an analyst;
- 3+ Years of experience in the stock markets domain (stocks, options, futures, crypto, etc.);
- Experience creating requirements for integrations with trading platforms (brokerages, custodians, order management systems);
- Knowledge of financial and stock market definitions and data;
- Excellent command of spoken and written English;
- Knowledge of Waterfall and Agile methodologies;
- Proficiency in UML and BPMN;
- Experience with direct customer communication;
- Nice to have: Experience working with Interactive Brokers, TradeStation, Trading Technologies, Fidelity, Pershing, Alpaca, QuantConnect or similar, Anthropic academy certifications, Agile methodology certification, experience with Jira and Confluence, experience trading stocks/options/crypto, experience interacting with financial advisers or wealth managers.
