• Collaborate with various teams to gather and document business requirements;
• Propose efficient technical solutions based on gathered requirements;
• Ensure quality of IT system deliveries through testing and coordination;
• Track and support project progress, address arising issues, and recommend improvements;
• Engage in Change Management to ensure seamless implementation and communication of project updates;
• Participate in planning and prioritization committees;
• Act as a subject matter expert in business line projects.

• Hands-on experience in cash management projects or operations within the banking industry;
• Knowledge of payments, corporate accounts, settlement systems, Polish and European regulations, and regulatory reporting;
• Experience as a business analyst or project coordinator with knowledge of AGILE and Waterfall methodologies;
• Proficiency in defining functional solutions and discussing business cases with sponsors;
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills;
• Proficiency in MS Office;
• Fluent in English and Polish;
• Nice to have: French.
