Accenture helps financial institutions navigate transformation and drive growth through digital innovation, data, and technology. Its Banking team supports clients with core banking modernization, payments, risk and compliance, and customer experience.

• Prepare business and system specifications;
• Support the integration of banking systems;
• Participate in business and system testing activities;
• Cooperate closely with business stakeholders and IT teams throughout the project lifecycle;
• Conduct analyses and support SIT/UAT testing;
• Act as a subject matter expert in payments.

• Hold at least a bachelor’s degree;
• Have at least 1 year of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or Business-Systems Analyst on projects delivered for financial institutions;
• Have experience with transaction systems or core banking systems;
• Have domain knowledge of financial services, specifically payments;
• Know at least one payment system and payment types: Elixir, Express Elixir, BLIK, SORBNET, SEPA, or SEPA Instant, including the messages used within these systems;
• Know the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) process;
• Be able to gather and organize business and technical requirements;
• Know banking standards and regulations;
• Know the ISO 20022 standard;
• Have strong analytical skills;
• Have excellent written and spoken English and Polish communication skills.
