• Lead business analysis activities across projects and product initiatives;
• Partner with Project Managers, Product Managers, and stakeholders to shape solutions and challenge assumptions;
• Facilitate workshops, interviews, and discovery sessions to gather and define requirements;
• Produce delivery documentation including BRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, use cases, process flows, and journey maps;
• Map current and future-state supporter journeys and processes;
• Manage requirement changes by assessing impacts and supporting prioritization;
• Drive stakeholder engagement by building relationships across the club and with suppliers;
• Support continuous improvement in business analysis, delivery standards, and ways of working.

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst delivering analysis across projects or product initiatives;
• Expertise in facilitating workshops, interviews, and discovery sessions;
• Exceptional skills in translating business needs into clear, testable requirements;
• Experience in creating process flows and end-to-end journey maps;
• Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies;
• Familiarity with analysis and modelling tools such as Jira, Confluence, Visio, or Lucidchart;
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills;
• Nice to have: Experience with digital or customer-focused initiatives, professional certification in Business Analysis.
