• Understand and analyze business needs or market changes to propose sustainable solutions aligned with the strategic plan;
• Convert business needs into detailed requirements;
• Involve relevant stakeholders in the definition and validation of new requirements while assessing potential impacts;
• Ensure the implementation of new features and changes in the production environment;
• Follow the go-live process, compare outcomes against expectations, and propose adjustments as needed.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field;
• At least 3 years of experience in Information Technology or a similar role;
• Advanced level of English (written and oral);
• Analytical ability;
• Ability to collaborate and work in a team;
• Ability to understand, explain, and support change;
• Nice to have: Experience in banking or financial services.
