The Business Intelligence group at White & Case LLP serves as a center of excellence for data analytics, data management, and data governance. The group transforms data into actionable insights to support strategic decision-making and operational efficiency by developing datasets, dashboards, and reports. By leveraging advanced analytics and data visualization, the team identifies growth opportunities, uncovers inefficiencies, and predicts future trends to provide the firm with a competitive advantage.

• Understand key business and legal drivers to assist stakeholders and align data and BI requirements;
• Lead and manage end-to-end BI and analysis projects with multi-skilled teams;
• Engage with stakeholders to define, document, and prioritize business requirements;
• Translate business challenges and process gaps into actionable work items for development;
• Collaborate with shared services and cross-functional teams to optimize business processes using BI and legal AI;
• Apply Agile project management practices, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives;
• Monitor data quality, including data lineage, metadata management, and issue remediation;
• Identify data pain points and collaborate with developers and data engineers on innovative solutions;
• Support change management, including stakeholder communications, training, and tracking adoption metrics;
• Drive engagement with BI tools through targeted training and outreach programs;
• Deliver demos, create user guides, and identify new project opportunities;
• Gather and incorporate user feedback to improve BI solutions and user experience;
• Monitor industry trends in legal AI and analytics.

• 3-4+ Years of experience in hands-on business analysis, requirements gathering, and stakeholder management;
• Proficiency in writing or reviewing basic SQL to validate logic and data;
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills;
• Ability to work independently, manage time, and handle tight deadlines;
• Nice to have: Experience in professional services, experience delivering reporting and analytical projects, familiarity with cloud-based analytics platforms such as Databricks.
