Armeta develops an engineering intelligence layer for the construction and industrial sectors, integrating AI solutions into real-world engineering, design, and construction workflows. The company operates from offices in Astana, San Francisco, and Doha, focusing on the digital transformation of complex industries by automating the review of permitting and design documentation.

• Translate business needs into clear, buildable product requirements;
• Gather, analyze, and formalize business and system requirements;
• Write precise technical specifications for the development team;
• Work with APIs, endpoints, and technical documentation;
• Form and validate product hypotheses;
• Run A/B tests and perform in-depth data analysis to drive product development;
• Prioritize work and manage workflows in Linear using Agile (Scrum/Kanban) processes;
• Design test scenarios and work with artifacts;
• Write basic automated tests.

• 2+ Years of experience in system or business analysis within the IT industry;
• Solid understanding of IT product architecture;
• Hands-on experience with XML/JSON, Postman, and Swagger;
• Confident command of SQL (PostgreSQL) and Excel;
• Basic Python scripting skills;
• Proficiency with BPMN and UML notations;
• High level of proactivity and ability to take ownership of a product in an autonomous environment;
• Nice to have: Experience in B2B SaaS or AI startups, domain expertise in construction or engineering design, skills in automating routine work with AI tools, basic proficiency in Figma.
