• Test approximately 700 attributes in the Mortgages Integration layer;
• Conduct complex analyses to determine the scope and impact of data quality issues in source systems;
• Address and resolve challenges related to data modeling;
• Contribute proactively to the design of migration logic;
• Shape post-migration processing for downstream ING systems;
• Perform weekly analyses on data mapping and data modeling;
• Prepare and execute functional acceptance tests for internal stakeholders;
• Coordinate end-to-end testing and support customer acceptance testing;
• Align requirements with internal and external stakeholders;
• Contribute to the improvement of existing and new functionalities;
• Create work instructions and provide support to team members;
• Assist Agile teams in creating test data.

• Minimum 5 years of work experience as a Business Analyst and/or Tester;
• Bachelor's degree (HBO) or higher;
• Proven experience as a Functional Tester and/or Business Analyst;
• Experience with data mapping, data modeling, and data quality issues;
• Experience with functional testing, integration testing, and acceptance testing;
• Strong analytical skills and ability to understand complex issues;
• Experience in an Agile work environment;
• Strong communication skills and experience with stakeholder management;
• Fluent in Dutch (written and spoken).
