• Engage with business stakeholders, domain experts, and operational teams to understand needs, objectives, and constraints;
• Analyze and articulate business problems and opportunities to support value-driven decision-making;
• Define and document business requirements, outcomes, and success measures;
• Support value identification and prioritization by helping leadership understand impact, dependencies, and trade-offs;
• Collaborate with Product Owners to refine epics, features, and user stories;
• Partner with Product Managers to ensure business analysis aligns with product strategy and roadmap;
• Coordinate with Project Managers to ensure requirements are sequenced and scoped for delivery;
• Translate complex business needs into structured artifacts such as user stories, use cases, process models, and data definitions;
• Analyze and model business processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for digital improvement;
• Contribute to data and domain modeling efforts;
• Support delivery teams during implementation by clarifying requirements and validating understanding;
• Participate in reviews, demos, and acceptance activities;
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of analysis practices, templates, and standards;
• Facilitate workshops and refinement sessions to improve alignment and decision quality.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline;
• 3–6 Years of experience in a Business Analyst role within digital, software, or platform-based environments;
• Proven experience working within Agile or product-centric delivery models;
• Strong experience in requirements elicitation, user story definition, acceptance criteria, and process modeling;
• Proficiency in techniques such as BPMN, use cases, process mapping, and value stream analysis;
• Ability to reason about business outcomes, constraints, and trade-offs;
• Technical literacy sufficient to collaborate with engineers and architects;
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Kanban practices;
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and evolving requirements;
• Structured, detail-oriented mindset with strong systems thinking;
• Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills;
• Nice to have: Exposure to SaaS platforms, cloud-native architectures, or low-code environments.
