Revolut provides a financial super app offering services such as spending, saving, investing, and currency exchange to over 75 million customers worldwide. The finance team manages risk, guides strategic decisions, and supports global operations to facilitate the company's growth and scalability.

• Extend Axiom solution coverage to support new geographies, products, and reporting obligations;
• Translate business objectives into high-quality business requirements and functional specifications;
• Document end-to-end delivery processes and prepare detailed playbooks for scalable solutions;
• Perform user acceptance testing (UAT), including preparing test cases and validating results;
• Support global regulatory reporting teams with queries related to EBA reporting (e.g., CoRep, FinRep);
• Build relationships with stakeholders across Finance, Product, and Engineering teams;
• Conduct gap analyses to identify risks and root causes, escalating issues as necessary.

• Expertise with Axiom platform;
• Hands-on experience with SQL for data analysis and report validation;
• Knowledge of financial products, including trade/transaction lifecycles and regulatory requirements;
• Experience documenting business requirements and writing functional specifications;
• Expertise in regulatory reporting, particularly EBA reporting frameworks like CoRep and FinRep;
• Track record of performing UAT, preparing detailed test cases, and working with developers and business users;
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working across multiple time zones;
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment;
• Nice to have: Familiarity with Axiom's role in regulatory reporting, experience supporting global finance systems in a fintech or regulated financial institution, knowledge of regulatory reporting outside EMEA.
