The Robotics business unit focuses on developing advanced robotic solutions and is currently transitioning to new ownership under SoftBank Group, a technology investor and operator specializing in AI, robotics, and next-generation computing.

• Lead business analysis by providing technical and business process expertise to support decisions on new or changed IS solutions and services;
• Bridge business and technology by collecting, analyzing, and translating business requirements into functional and technical specifications for delivery partners;
• Drive solution design using data analytics and modelling techniques to identify opportunities and define solutions aligned with IS strategy;
• Support continuous improvement by engaging stakeholders in service enhancement initiatives and ensuring solutions meet specifications through user acceptance testing;
• Manage stakeholder relationships to define costs, estimate efforts, pre-qualify change requests, and maintain visibility of upcoming demand;
• Ensure compliance with corporate IS policies, procedures, and governance standards;
• Collaborate with UX/UI teams to ensure solutions meet user needs and design standards;
• Support impact assessments and change analysis for enhancements, integrations, and platform updates;
• Define and validate test scenarios and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

• 5+ Years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or Functional Analyst;
• Proven skills in translating complex business requirements into technical solutions;
• Ability to map and document business processes using tools like Figma or Miro;
• Hands-on experience with CMS platforms, particularly Adobe Experience Manager or equivalent;
• Strong capability to gather requirements, analyze workflows, and influence stakeholders;
• Proficiency in business process analysis and specification development;
• Experience working with offshore and onshore teams across different time zones;
• Demonstrated ability to provide operational support;
• Fluency in English;
• Understanding of ITIL principles;
• Nice to have: Additional languages.
