• Participate in strategic projects, analyzing priority business areas, development projects, and efficiency improvement initiatives
• Conduct full-cycle analytics: collect and structure data, form hypotheses, perform quantitative and qualitative analysis, and prepare conclusions and recommendations
• Decompose complex business tasks, identify key factors and growth opportunities, and develop solution options
• Build and analyze financial models and assess the economic impact of initiatives and investment decisions
• Work with finance, production, commercial, and other functional teams to collect data and develop solutions

• 2–3 Years of experience in strategic or management consulting (TOP3/ 2-tier)
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Experience building financial models and preparing management presentations
• Ability to structure large volumes of information, work with quantitative data, and formulate conclusions
• Ability to independently learn a new subject area and quickly understand complex business tasks
