• Perform A/B test post-analysis, including statistical review and deep dives;
• Research insights, opportunities, and growth points aligned with department KPIs;
• Execute micro-segmentation and offer personalization;
• Analyze customer behavior and product usage across product, website, and mobile app data;
• Monitor KPIs and perform alerting to identify underlying causes;
• Develop and maintain BI dashboards;
• Handle ad-hoc analytical requests such as segmentation, data export, and metric snapshots;
• Brainstorm and collaborate with different business streams;
• Automate recurring analysis tasks to reduce manual overhead.

• At least 2 years of experience in product or data analytics;
• Strong proficiency in SQL, including advanced queries and window functions;
• Hands-on experience with BI tools like Tableau or Power BI;
• Expertise in A/B testing, including setup, monitoring, and result analysis;
• Understanding of relational database architecture such as ClickHouse, PostgreSQL, or BigQuery;
• In-depth knowledge of statistics and hypothesis testing methods;
• Skills in hypothesis validation and data-driven analysis;
• Nice to have: Experience with Data Science tools for automating A/B test analysis, experience in iGaming or B2C related industry.
