• Serve as a player/coach to contribute to and supervise a team of Portfolio Data Analysts;
• Develop and maintain effective process controls and metrics to ensure quality standards and organizational expectations are met;
• Manage onboarding, mentorship, and career development for team members through performance feedback and growth opportunities;
• Lead the team to accomplish goals aligned with business and culture objectives;
• Work with external financial data providers to develop and support the integration of portfolio data into the platform;
• Write technical requirements for transforming raw data into functional content based on existing data models;
• Analyze and onboard content from various sources into the data integration ecosystem;
• Partner with engineering, product management, and data operations to deliver data solutions;
• Drive new and innovative opportunities to improve client experience based on product and client insights.

• Substantial experience in data analysis and product management with relevant finance domain expertise;
• Experience leading teams, cross-functional projects, and learning and development initiatives;
• Proven ability to plan, design, and manage multiple processes, people, and projects simultaneously;
• Strong problem-solving abilities, self-motivation, and a team-player mentality;
• Ability to define functional and technical implementations to solve business problems, including understanding data modeling and writing technical requirements;
• Nice to have: Excel, VBA, SQL, Python, Databricks, or other common financial services systems and applications.
