• Help shape data-driven strategies for top games, influencing product roadmaps, features, and monetization;
• Partner with cross-functional teams to analyze player behavior, economy trends, and product performance;
• Design A/B tests and build predictive models to assess and forecast outcomes;
• Mentor analysts and present insights to senior leadership through storytelling and dashboards;
• Collaborate on improving data tools and pipelines while promoting data literacy and experimentation best practices.

• Experience in analytics or data science roles, ideally in gaming, mobile apps, or digital products;
• Strong business sense and product intuition;
• Solid experience with A/B testing, causal inference, and experimentation design;
• Strong background in applied statistics;
• Expert proficiency in SQL and Python for data exploration and analysis;
• Excellent communication skills with experience influencing senior stakeholders;
• Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for technical and non-technical audiences;
• Demonstrated experience working with visualization tools like Tableau or Looker;
• Nice to have: Experience with Bayesian methods, experience mentoring or leading other analysts.
