IT Factory is a dynamic company providing development, implementation, and support services for IT solutions, currently supporting a major Polish insurance firm.

• Identify and analyze datasets from various tools, including data quality assessment;
• Create SQL queries and configure views for performance indicators;
• Define methods for measuring efficiency and reporting mechanisms;
• Monitor performance, analyze data trends, and evaluate constraints affecting indicator interpretation;
• Develop methods for presenting and reporting development efficiency volatility;
• Analyze IT development processes, recommend and implement optimization actions for development teams;
• Create an internal knowledge base regarding indicator definitions, data sources, and assumptions;
• Collaborate with development teams and stakeholders to explain indicator definitions and interpretation rules.

• 5-8 Years of experience as a Data Analyst;
• Proficiency in the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and software development methodologies in large financial organizations;
• Practical experience with data analysis, processing, and visualization tools (SQL, Excel, Metabase, Power BI);
• Experience with AI tools (GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT);
• Practical knowledge of IT processes and standards (ITIL: Incident & Problem Management, Change Management, Release & Deployment, Service Request Management) and DevOps;
• Ability to work with data from developer tools and define/aggregate performance metrics (e.g., DORA, SPACE);
• Ability to explain complex issues in simple, understandable language;
• Strong communication skills and willingness to mentor others.

• Hybrid work model with at least 1 day per week in the Warsaw office;
