• Summarize sales data and insights using dashboards and intelligence;
• Develop and support business-critical data models and dashboards for Sales Operations;
• Reveal hidden data value and assist teams with discovery analytics, predictions, and recommendations;
• Document and deliver data summaries and business intelligence to support organizational growth;
• Provide sales transaction support across the customer lifecycle, including processing opportunities, orders, and renewals;
• Monitor and support forecast and pipeline accuracy across sales teams and industries;
• Leverage KPIs and reporting to identify risks, opportunities, and actionable recommendations;
• Ensure data quality and consistency across forecasting, pipeline, and customer management processes;
• Analyze sales performance, trends, and revenue metrics to identify improvement opportunities;
• Maintain compliance of business documentation, opportunity records, and sales processes with company guidelines;
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Operations teams to drive process improvement.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related discipline;
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret business data and provide recommendations;
• Experience creating reports, dashboards, and performance metrics using Excel, SQL, Power BI, or Tableau;
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data quality;
• Experience building and optimizing big data pipelines, architectures, and data sets;
• History of manipulating, processing, and extracting value from large disconnected datasets;
• Expertise in SQL development using stored procedures and frameworks;
• Experience with large-scale data processing and Python scripting;
• Ability to build strong working relationships with cross-functional stakeholders;
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights clearly;
• Demonstrated problem-solving capability and proactive approach;
• English (mandatory);
• Nice to have: Experience in Sales Operations, Business Administration, Revenue Operations, or Sales Support, knowledge of CRM systems, forecasting processes, pipeline management, sales performance measurement, Spanish language skills, interest in machine learning and deep learning technologies.
