• Formulate and define scope and objectives based on business needs and processes;
• Analyze business implications of advanced analytics solutions and define requirements for future needs;
• Execute advanced analytics projects and provide ad hoc analyses;
• Design, drive, and implement analytics tools;
• Engage with users to understand and meet their analytics requirements;
• Ensure timely delivery of reports and analyses;
• Communicate delays or issues proactively;
• Ensure data accuracy in all deliverables;
• Provide support for business continuity of deliverables and drive the adoption of self-service analytical tools.

• 7+ Years of relevant experience;
• Proficiency in data visualizations and dashboards;
• Effective SQL skills;
• Strong analytical skills;
• Proficiency in querying and manipulating complex raw datasets;
• Experience explaining technical concepts to varied audiences and translating business objectives into actionable analyses;
• Focus on design thinking and user-centric design;
• Sound knowledge and experience in business communication, presentation skills, and reporting;
• Proven stakeholder management skills;
• BS Degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Applied Mathematics, Information Technology, Finance or similar;
• Fluent English (spoken and written);
• Nice to have: Passion for data science and AI, Python skills, Pyspark skills.

• Direct independent contractor relationship;
• Requirement to operate as a sole proprietorship, private entrepreneur, or equivalent self-employment status;
• Ability to invoice Zoolatech directly.
