• Manage and maintain Adobe Analytics components to ensure consistent web performance reporting;
• Grant access for new users according to internal and external guidelines;
• Create templates for self-serve dashboards and analysis;
• Monitor platform usage and licensing to ensure compliance;
• Collaborate with web developers to implement and maintain Tealium tagging;
• Advise site experience and marketing teams on tracking new pages, navigation, and features;
• Monitor data quality and enforce governance standards;
• Create Adobe Analytics dashboards for campaigns, pages, and features;
• Develop custom segments and metrics to address business questions;
• Generate reports to assess issues such as error spikes and ecommerce dropoffs;
• Support A/B testing with custom reporting;
• Use Adobe Analytics API connectors to create custom datastreams in Adverity;
• Partner with BI developers to support ETL development and query assessments;
• Contribute to sprint planning and prioritize analytics-related tickets;
• Troubleshoot data stream interruptions and resolve data quality issues.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in web analytics using Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics;
• Background in web marketing within an ecommerce setting;
• Proficiency in website data layer structure and tagging practices;
• Competence in building datasets via API queries;
• Solid understanding of SQL for data manipulation and analysis;
• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related discipline;
• English: B2 Upper Intermediate;
• Nice to have: Master's degree, experience working in Video Collaboration projects.
