• Monitor, analyze, and report on key billing and support performance indicators and emerging trends;
• Prioritize tasks based on business value and potential impact while balancing urgent requests with long-term strategic initiatives;
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and key metrics to support data-driven decision-making;
• Design, run, and analyze A/B tests to validate hypotheses, measure the impact of billing changes, and drive continuous improvement;
• Ensure data quality, uncover insights, and provide actionable recommendations to improve business performance;
• Work with the billing team to determine their needs and develop an analytics strategy accordingly.

• 2+ Years of experience in a similar analytics role, ideally as a Data Analyst within billing, fintech, subscription products, or customer support;
• Solid understanding of billing principles and payment systems, or a proven ability to quickly master new, complex domains;
• Advanced SQL proficiency for querying and analyzing large datasets;
• Experience with BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI;
• Ability to present analysis results in a clear and compelling manner;
• Nice to have: Python skills for data manipulation and analysis, solid understanding of statistics, experience with subscription monetization products.
