• Manage the rental processes for commercial (as well as office) real estate;
• Find potential clients and build long-term relationships with them
• Show and present properties for rent
• Conduct negotiations and participate in drawing up contracts
• Research and analyze the real estate market

• Effective communication and negotiation skills
• High level of responsibility and organizational skills;
• Knowledge of English (Russian is also preferred);
• Basic knowledge of computer programs;
