Vengo Group works with international partners and continuously strives to improve service quality, develop new routes and offer customers effective logistics solutions.

• Actively search for and attract new clients;
• Develop long-term business relationships with potential and existing clients;
• Communicate actively with potential clients daily (at least 30 calls);
• Maintain complete records of client data and communication history in the CRM system;
• Identify client needs and offer suitable logistics solutions;
• Prepare commercial proposals and conduct negotiations;
• Coordinate with the logistics department to determine service terms and prices;
• Monitor accounts receivable and coordinate related matters;
• Participate in tender processes, process RFI/RFQ requests and prepare proposals;
• Analyze sales results, prepare reports and meet established targets.

• At least 1–2 years of experience in B2B sales;
• Proficiency in Georgian;
• English proficiency at B2+/C1 level;
• Ability to use office software and CRM systems;
• Ability to communicate effectively and conduct negotiations;
• Ability to find new clients and develop business relationships;
• Results-oriented and proactive;
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills;
• Effective time management and organizational skills;
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Будет плюсом: Higher education in business administration, logistics or a related field is preferred; Experience in international freight transportation or logistics is an advantage; Knowledge of Russian is an advantage

• Monday–Friday, 10:00–18:00;
• Full-time employment;
• Fixed salary + performance-based bonus.
