Manage merchant onboarding and implementation;
Act as the main point of contact for clients;
Support merchants with operational questions and requests;
Maintain strong long-term customer relationships;
Identify opportunities for account growth.
требования
Experience with payments, POS systems, or digital solutions;
Customer-facing experience in Retail, FMCG, or HoReCa;
Strong communication and problem-solving skills;
Ability to manage multiple accounts;
Fluent in Greek and English.
