Sales manager in retail

As Sales Manager, you will drive commercial growth primarily across retail segments (SMBs) by acquiring new partners and building long-term strategic relationships with key merchants.

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet targets;
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of potential partners in assigned territory;
• Develop deep market knowledge across all verticals (pharmacies, health & beauty, electronics, flowers, toys, and more), and identify key “must-have” partners for Wolt;
• Build strong, trust-based relationships with decision makers, both internally and externally;
• Manage the full sales process, from first contact through contract signing and partner go-live, including technical, legal, and financial aspects;
• Drive continuous business development by identifying innovative solutions that create value for both Wolt and our partners;

• 2+ years of experience in B2B sales;
• Motivated by targets and results, but also a strong team player;
• Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented mindset;
• Organized and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment;
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights and report on sales KPIs;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Fluency in English and the local language;
• Valid category B driver`s license;
