- Communicate with prospective and existing clients and build long-term relationships.
- Identify clients’ needs, present properties, and prepare tailored offers.
- Conduct negotiations and manage the sales process.
- Prepare and manage the necessary documentation and maintain an accurate client database.
- Continuously monitor real estate market trends, competing developments, and new opportunities.
требования
- At least 2 years of experience in real estate sales.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- A strong sense of responsibility, excellent organizational skills, and a proactive approach.
- A results-oriented mindset and the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Good command of English and Russian.
