Sales manager in real estate

Property Georgia, founded in 2016, is a #1 property hub focused on Georgia's real estate market. We're looking for motivated early-career professionals to join our sales team. You'll advise investors and buyers, present properties and projects, and support them through the buying process.

• Respond to client inquiries and understand their needs and budget
• Present apartments and projects in person and online
• Organize and conduct property viewings
• Build long-term relationships with clients and developers
• Keep client records and follow-ups organized
• Work with the team on deals from negotiation to closing

• Fluent Georgian and good English
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and reliable
• Basic computer skills (messaging apps, Excel/Google Sheets)
• No prior real estate experience required
