sales manager in online advertising

The company operates in online advertising, working with advertisers and partners across many markets.

• Find and contact potential advertisers and generate high-quality leads
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Suggest and test new flows based on advertisers’ needs
• Grow existing accounts by identifying upsell opportunities
• Optimize campaigns and run A/B tests to improve results
• Analyze sales and marketing data and turn it into actionable insights
• Maintain relationships with current partners and identify new business opportunities
• Represent the company at industry events from time to time

• Already live in Cyprus and ready to work from the office in Nicosia
• Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Confident with Excel / Google Sheets
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Fluent English, written and spoken

• €1500–2,800 Gross plus performance bonuses
