- Achieve the store sales budget;
- Support activities that help achieve store business objectives while delivering an excellent client experience;
- Perform with high integrity and comply with corporate requirements;
- Coordinate Front of House and Back of House activities according to store management guidelines;
- Act as a role model for the sales staff;
- Manage the Mentoring Program in accordance with training guidelines.
требования
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in luxury retail;
- Knowledge of Client Ceremony and its implementation to increase business;
- Knowledge of visual merchandising techniques;
- Knowledge of stock management methods and techniques;
- Knowledge of CRM methods and procedures;
- Numerical and statistical skills;
- Commercial focus;
- Ability to support teamwork;
- Ability to lead and develop others;
- Spanish and English fluency;
- Nice to have: Other languages.
