• Develop and grow a portfolio of leisure, corporate, and MICE accounts;
• Identify new business opportunities that contribute to the hotel’s commercial success;
• Represent De L’Europe Amsterdam in local and international markets;
• Build relationships with travel advisors, luxury consortia partners, corporate clients, event planners, and industry stakeholders;
• Work closely with Revenue, Reservations, Marketing, Guest Services, Events, and F&B teams;
• Drive revenue growth, strengthen the hotel’s market position, and create long-term business value;
• Travel internationally and represent the hotel globally.

• 3–5 Years of experience in hotel sales, preferably in a luxury or five-star hospitality environment;
• Proven success in account management, business development, and revenue generation;
• Experience in luxury leisure, corporate, or MICE segments;
• Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills;
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building capabilities;
• A proactive and entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for luxury hospitality;
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail;
• Fluent in English;
• Nice to have: Dutch and additional languages.
