We are looking for a full-time Sales Manager (m/f/d) for mortgage financing. BauDarlehen24 is part of the renowned real estate portal Immowelt and is responsible for its mortgage financing division. Through our exclusive partnership with more than 520 banks, we offer first-class financing options tailored perfectly to our customers’ individual needs.

• Advise your customers on mortgage financing and building savings.
• Determine financing needs based on your customers’ wishes, and prepare individual offers and solutions for their financing projects.
• Provide your customers with support on contractual matters.
• Work closely with our partners (including banks, insurance companies and building societies) and act as a liaison between them and your customers.

• Ideally, you have professional and sales experience in mortgage financing advice.
• ... or you are a motivated career changer with sales experience.
• You are communicative, success-oriented and enjoy advising customers.
• Reliability, initiative and self-motivation.
