AMBOSS provides medical professionals with a learning and clinical decision support tool. Novaheal is its learning platform for nursing students and nursing professionals.

• Own the full sales cycle for nursing schools, from first outreach to closed contract
• Build a pipeline of nursing schools through outbound calls, emails, and events
• Run product demos for school directors and teaching staff, showing how Novaheal fits their curriculum
• Negotiate and close deals, then hand over new accounts to the Account Manager
• Keep the CRM accurate so the team can forecast and identify what is working
• Collect feedback from nursing schools and share it with Product to shape the roadmap
• Test new outreach approaches and share learnings with the team

• 1–2+ Years of experience in B2B sales, ideally with some full-cycle exposure; experience as an AE or in a mixed role counts
• Experience running outbound activities and building a pipeline from scratch
• Comfortable speaking with decision-makers and explaining a product’s value in their language
• Fluent German (C1 or above) and good English skills
• Structured approach to keeping many parallel pipeline conversations moving
• Proficient with a CRM such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar
• Interested in traveling, education, healthcare, and nursing; a clinical background is not required
• Enjoys working closely with a team and sharing learnings
• Comfortable picking up the phone and starting conversations with new people
• Interested in understanding a school’s day-to-day needs
• Enjoys owning a number and seeing the impact of their work
• Interested in building within an early team where the playbook is still evolving
