We're looking for someone who can take the Bulgarian sales team to the next level: grow the people, unlock new commercial partnerships with the top players in the countries, and drive market growth through disciplined management of both the key growth levers (acquisition and preferred partnerships) and profitability improvement (advertising sales and P&L efficiency). This requires operational prowess to get great work done, strong negotiation and collaboration skills to bring out the best in our partners, strategic and creative thinking to develop out-of-the-box solutions, and the emotional intelligence and humility to lead a fast-paced business and inspire a team across multiple countries.
