Sales Manager

The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company operates a global portfolio of luxury hospitality properties, providing exceptional guest experiences and setting high standards for service excellence under the Marriott International umbrella.

• Promote brand image awareness internally and externally;
• Resolve outstanding requests or problems from the previous day;
• Receive, record, and relay messages accurately and legibly;
• Follow up with guests to ensure satisfaction;
• Attend daily line-ups;
• Greet guests in the lobby;
• Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating employees;
• Serve as a point of contact for the Guarantee of Fair Treatment and Open Door Policy;
• Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions;
• Complete safety training and certifications;
• Ensure professional uniform and personal appearance;
• Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and protect company assets;
• Acknowledge guests according to standards and anticipate service needs;
• Prepare and review written documents;
• Answer telephones using appropriate etiquette;
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships;
• Support the team to reach common goals;
• Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards;
• Identify and implement ways to increase efficiency, productivity, quality, safety, and cost-savings;
• Perform other reasonable job duties as requested.

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent;
• At least 2 years of related work experience;
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience;
• Ability to read and verify information in various formats;
• Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 10 pounds.
