• Contact small businesses across Germany by phone, email, and other channels to book qualified appointments
• Qualify leads by understanding prospects’ needs and whether SumUp is the right solution
• Hand over opportunities to field sales representatives with clear, well-documented notes
• Keep the CRM up to date with accurate activity, pipeline, and progress records
• Meet and exceed weekly and monthly targets for outbound activities and booked appointments
• Share effective approaches and ideas with the team
• Develop continuously through coaching sessions, call reviews, and team learning

• Communicate confidently and energetically, enjoy speaking with new people, and create a positive experience for them
• Be goal-oriented and take full responsibility for performance
• Be organized and consistent, with the discipline to build a pipeline
• Be willing to learn and open to feedback
• Be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same
• Speak fluent German
• Have good English skills for internal communication
