We're hiring Dutch-Speaking Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to join fast-growing international companies.

As a Dutch-Speaking SDR, you'll play a key role in generating new business opportunities, engaging potential customers, and booking qualified sales meetings.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated, results-driven sales professional who enjoys outbound prospecting, building relationships, and working in a fast-paced international environment.

• Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn.
• Engage Dutch-speaking prospects and identify potential business opportunities.
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on business needs and buying intent.
• Book qualified meetings and product demonstrations for Account Executives.
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Manage prospect information and sales activities using CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive.
• Collaborate with sales teams to improve outreach strategies and conversion rates.
• Consistently achieve weekly and monthly KPIs for outreach, lead generation, and meetings booked.

• Fluent Dutch (C1/C2 level) with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in outbound sales, business development, appointment setting, or lead generation.
• Confidence in cold calling and engaging decision-makers.
• Experience using CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar tools.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently.
• Reliable internet connection and a professional remote working environment.
• Availability to work European business hours.
• Previous B2B sales or SaaS experience.
• Experience selling into Dutch or Belgian markets.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or other sales prospecting tools.
• Experience working with international sales teams.
