payment manager in iGaming

The company is looking for someone to own and grow its payment ecosystem in LATAM, building relationships with fiat and crypto payment providers and improving payment conversion while keeping payment infrastructure reliable, cost-efficient, and scalable.

• Search for and onboard new PSPs across LATAM, covering fiat and crypto
• Manage relationships with existing payment providers
• Negotiate fees, limits, settlement terms, and commercial conditions
• Coordinate PSP integrations with the Tech and Product teams
• Monitor deposit approval rates and improve payment conversion
• Optimize payment routing and ensure backup solutions are in place
• Monitor PSP performance and resolve payment-related issues
• Manage reconciliation and settlements with Finance
• Reduce payment processing costs
• Prepare regular reports on PSP performance, approval rates, fees, and transaction volumes
• Coordinate with the Risk, Fraud, Compliance, and Customer Support teams
• Develop and maintain payment procedures and internal processes

• 4+ Years of experience in payments, PSP management, or a similar role
• Experience with LATAM payment methods and providers, such as PIX, local bank transfers, cards, and e-wallets
• Strong negotiation skills and experience in commercial discussions with PSPs
• Solid understanding of payment flows, routing, approval rates, and settlement processes
• Analytical mindset and comfort working with data, KPIs, and reports
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, including Tech, Product, Finance, Risk, and Compliance
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, ownership-driven approach
• Fluent English
