- Respond to customer inquiries and messages via email, Direct Messages (Instagram/Facebook), and messaging apps promptly and professionally.
- Assist customers with product details, sizing, recommendations, and order placement.
- Process online orders and coordinate with the team for timely packing and dispatch.
- Track order statuses and keep customers updated on delivery details.
- Maintain clean records of daily online sales and inventory updates.
требования
- Basic experience or strong interest in online sales, customer service, or social media management.
- Excellent written communication skills in English and Armenian (knowledge of additional languages is a plus).
- Comfortable using Instagram Direct, WhatsApp, and email platforms.
- Responsible, quick to respond, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and within a team.
