CESC is a manufacturer of renewable energy equipment specializing in grid-side and large-scale commercial and industrial energy storage solutions.
задачи
- Develop and execute sales strategies for grid-side, utility, and large C&I storage in the Ukrainian region;
- Meet sales, profit, and collection targets;
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with grid operators, energy groups, developers, and EPCs;
- Manage the full project cycle including lead generation, technical alignment, solution design, financial modeling, negotiation, contracting, and delivery;
- Attend regional exhibitions and events to boost brand presence and market penetration;
- Collaborate with R&D, product, certification, legal, and delivery teams to ensure compliance, grid connection, and project execution;
- Track market trends, competitors, and benchmark projects to support business decisions.
требования
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Energy, Automation, or a related field;
- 3+ Years of experience in large/grid-side/large C&I storage sales within the Ukrainian region with proven success;
- Proven track record of independently closing storage projects;
- Familiarity with Ukrainian energy policies, grid codes (e.g., IEEE, NERC, CFE), power market rules, and compliance;
- Strong full-cycle sales, negotiation, and account management skills;
- Fluent in Ukrainian and English;
- Results-driven, self-motivated, business-savvy, and professional;
- Ability to travel frequently and be based long-term in the Ukrainian region;
- Nice to have: Chinese language skills for simple exchanges.
