The fitbox brand group operates as a fitness company that combines health solutions for members with franchise models for partners. It manages multiple brands including FITOMAT, fitbox, Kreuzretter, and Slimbox, aiming to expand its presence in the European fitness market.

• Acquire new franchise partners to drive future growth;
• Conduct digital sales meetings with B2B franchise prospects;
• Manage long-term customer relationships and prepare deals for future closure;
• Utilize pre-qualified leads for sales consultations;
• Ensure maximum cross-selling and upselling potential;
• Contribute to the growth of the company as a leading German multi-brand fitness franchise;
• Manage key KPIs in the sales funnel including leads, meetings, deals, and revenue;
• Hand over leads to the founder coaching team after successful closure.

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience;
• Affinity for sports, fitness, vitality, and health;
• Goal-oriented personality with a strong drive to exceed targets;
• Confident demeanor and strong communication skills;
• Ability to use verbal and non-verbal communication effectively;
• Solution-oriented mindset and high level of reliability;
• Flawless oral and written command of German;
• Nice to have: Knowledge of an additional European language such as English, French, Italian, Spanish, or Polish.
