• Develop and drive the sales strategy of the hotel to establish a strong market position;
• Actively solicit new business;
• Build client relationships and manage negotiated rates;
• Analyze market trends to maximize occupancy;
• Collaborate with the Commercial Director on positioning, segmentation, and pricing strategy;
• Coordinate with all hotel departments to ensure five-star service and guest satisfaction.

• Strong experience in the hotel industry, preferably in luxury or lifestyle segments;
• Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and presentation skills;
• Well-connected locally and internationally;
• Strategic thinking and strong execution skills;
• Strictly local position;
• Nice to have: Pre-opening experience.
